  Absolutely disgusting customer service. I took my laptop in, with which I was having issues.Tryed to explain the problem, but obviously not well enough as was given the laptop back. Then got my husband to try and explain the issue over the phone to Kyle? following which was told to go away, with the computer as not worth spending his time on and he had better things to do. Unbelievable!!

  After unanswered phone calls and then driving 27 km to find they have closed down. I am not happy. A curtousy letter/email would have helped and saved me a wasted hour. I'm giving 1 star 'cause I can't go any lower.

  I bought a computer from these guys after many recommendations from others, they are known as the Geeks because of their computer knowledge. I was very happy with the results, the price also included copying and reinstalling software from my old computer, which i did not take advantage of. The price was very competitive as well.
  
  I do not do many reviews, but these guys were worthy of this review.

  Initially service was great BUT went quickly downhill from there. A quick job took several weeks to complete with me having to chase them up then basically get the brush off with follow ups to get what I paid for. Some staff great yet others were rude and condescending.

  Absolutely appauling! I myself have had bad experiences here, but most recently my parents took thier lap top in to be fixed, paid $170 and they put in a new hard drive, it lasted a few weeks and when it we took it back in to be fixed again we were told it was dead, and when we picked it up, our cd drive was missing. When i rang, and brought up the issue, i was hung up on. We have now had to get the police involved to recover our missing parts. I wouldnt even give them one star, but giving none wasnt an option!!!
