I was in the shop today in the nursery section. I received assistance from a lovely lady called Rhonda. I have not seen her before and she was amazing ! Very knowledgeable, helpful and a lovely sense of humour !! I hope she remains there for many years to come as she is gold!! - Janet Added July 01, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★I received top customer service today from David, who had the product knowledge of the building materials that I needed and gave me a discount on 4 items because they only had the smaller size in stock so I had to purchase double the quantity, which would have been expensive. I was very impressed by this since he didn't have to give me a discount. I had gone to the other hardware store in Leongatha first and the person didn't seem to have the product knowledge and didn't try to offer me a discount when they also didn't have the larger size. The salesman just said that it was going to be more expensive. I have received excellent service from David previously. He knows his products and he goes the extra mile for the customer.
